Announcing Chef Robert Nyerick, who comes to the Miramonte with over 20 years of experience, including Executive Sous Chef at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire and the Swiss Hotel Boston. He has spent many years working in notable international hotels in Hong Kong, South Korea, Australia and Switzerland.
His experience abroad has influenced a new style to the Miramonte by fusing Mediterranean cuisine with ingredients from around the world, making our resort the most unique dining experience in the Coachella Valley!
